Contact — CannabisForAthletes.org

Reach the editorial team. We welcome corrections, source suggestions, and updates when league policies change. We do not provide individual medical, legal, or anti-doping advice — but we will route you to the right helpline.

What We Can Help With

We welcome hearing from athletes, coaches, athletic trainers, sports-medicine physicians, players' association staff, anti-doping personnel, journalists, and researchers. You can reach us about:

  • Corrections. If you believe a factual claim on this site is inaccurate or outdated, please let us know with a reference to the relevant source — the league CBA section, WADA document, journal article, or named clinician statement.
  • Source suggestions. If you are aware of a published study, league document, position paper, or evidence-based resource that would strengthen our content, we would like to hear about it.
  • League-policy update notifications. CBA modifications, CSMAS recommendations, WADA Prohibited List changes, state athletic commission rule changes, and federal hemp-law developments all warrant page updates — tip-offs ahead of public reporting are appreciated.
  • Editorial questions. Questions about our sourcing, evidence badges, or editorial process.
  • General feedback. How we can better serve athletes and the people who advise them.

What We Cannot Provide

CannabisForAthletes.org is an educational resource, not a clinical, legal, or anti-doping advisory service. We cannot:

  • Provide individual medical advice. We cannot tell you whether cannabis is appropriate for your specific health situation, what dose to take, or how it will interact with your medications. That conversation belongs with your team physician, sports-medicine clinician, and pharmacist.
  • Provide individual legal advice. Cannabis laws vary by state and country and change frequently. Consult a qualified attorney for legal questions, especially for international travel and NIL contracts.
  • Provide individual anti-doping advice. For substance-status questions, contact USADA Athlete Express at 1-866-601-2632 or drugreference@USADA.org; check medications at GlobalDRO.com; verify supplements at nsfsport.com.
  • Provide career or contract advice. CBA-disciplinary, NIL, and grievance questions belong with your players' association, agent, and sports counsel.
  • Recommend specific products or brands. We do not endorse, review, or rank cannabis products, dispensaries, or athlete-founded brands.

What we can do is route you to the right helpline or directory. See Helplines & Clinicians for the consolidated reference card.
